We currently ship within the United Kingdom only.

We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Shipping Method & Cost

All orders are shipped via DPD Tracked.

Shipping Cost: £2.99 per order
Service: Fully tracked
Insurance: Covered up to 10kg

You will receive a tracking number once your order has been dispatched so you can follow your parcel’s journey.

Processing Times

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 working days (Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays).

You will receive a dispatch confirmation email once your order has been shipped.

Delivery Times

DPD delivery usually takes 1–3 working days after dispatch.

Please note delivery times are estimates and may vary during busy periods or due to circumstances outside our control.

Order Issues & Delivery Problems

If your parcel is delayed, damaged, or appears to be lost, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and tracking information.

Because all parcels are tracked and insured, we will work quickly with DPD to resolve the issue.

Incorrect Addresses

Please ensure your delivery details are correct at checkout. We cannot be responsible for delays or additional charges resulting from incorrect address information.
