5. Pricing & Pricing Errors

 

All prices are displayed in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable.

 

While we take reasonable care to ensure pricing accuracy, errors may occur. If a pricing error is identified:

 

  • We are not obliged to supply goods at the incorrect price.

  • If the correct price is lower, you will be charged the lower amount.

  • If the correct price is higher, we will contact you before dispatch to confirm whether you wish to proceed.

  • If we cannot contact you, the order will be cancelled and refunded.

 

 

6. Delivery

 

We currently ship within the United Kingdom only.

 

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control.

 

Risk in goods passes to you upon delivery.

 

If goods arrive damaged:

 

  • You must notify us as soon as reasonably possible.

  • Photo evidence of the damage is required.

 

 

7. Returns & Refunds

 

 

7.1 In-Store Purchases

 

Items may be returned within 14 days of purchase with a valid paper receipt or e-receipt.

 

Goods must be returned in their original purchased condition (unused and undamaged).

 

This policy is in addition to your statutory rights.

 

 

7.2 Online Purchases – 14 Day Cancellation Rights

 

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your online order within 14 days of receiving the goods.

 

To exercise this right, you must notify us in writing (email is acceptable) within 14 days of receiving the goods.

 

You then have a further 14 days to return the goods.

 

Returned goods must be:

 

  • In original condition

  • Suitable for resale

 

Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.

 

 

7.3 Postal Returns

 

Customers are responsible for return postage costs unless the goods are faulty or incorrectly supplied.

 

We recommend using a tracked service, as we are not responsible for items lost in transit.

 

 

7.4 Faulty or Misdescribed Goods

 

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, goods must be:

 

  • Of satisfactory quality

  • Fit for purpose

  • As described

 

If goods are faulty or misdescribed, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund in accordance with your statutory rights.

 

 

8. Events Bookings & Refunds

 

Event bookings are refundable only if cancellation is made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled event start time.

 

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the event are not eligible for a refund.

 

If we cancel or reschedule an event, you will be offered:

 

  • A full refund, or

  • The option to transfer to a rescheduled date (where available)

 

We are not responsible for additional costs such as travel or accommodation.

 

 

9. Book Club Purchases

 

Book club purchases are non-refundable once the book has been received.

 

This does not affect your statutory rights relating to faulty or misdescribed goods.

 

 

10. Website Availability & Accuracy

 

We make reasonable efforts to ensure website content is accurate and up to date. However:

 

  • Images are for illustrative purposes only.

  • Product details may occasionally vary.

  • We do not guarantee uninterrupted website availability.
